Situated 30 minutes from Bordeaux, in the southern Gironde on the Graves and Sauternes wine route, l'Airial is a magnificent 400m2, 5* listed Girondine, fully restored, combining modernity and tradition, and set in the heart of the Château Tourteau Chollet wine estate. It can accommodate 12 people.

The house has an enclosed landscaped garden, with a sheltered terrace and pergola. A truly relaxing space, it invites you to experience the enchantment of a sunrise over the vines or the gentleness of a summer evening. Enjoy a peaceful, restful setting.

There are 5 spacious, comfortable bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (one shared and three en suite). There is free private parking on site and free Wi-Fi access.

The villa has a cosy kitchen dominated by a fireplace, where you can cook grilled meats to share around the large, fully equipped table. There is a lounge with a fireplace, a hi-fi system and its collection of CDs, and traditional board games. There is also a dining room with a large round table and magnificent crockery, a home cinema and a laundry room. There is also a library and a French billiards room.

During your stay, you will enjoy a sunny terrace and a barbecue. You can also play billiards or table football on site or go hiking in the surrounding area.
